Introducing Qinglong's Construction Innovation Awards:
Nanjing Century Square Renovation Project Translucent Concrete Project:
The innovation of the project lies in the light distribution of the UHPC simulated wood translucent panels, creating an artistic play of light. The oversized components have a simulated wood texture design. The exterior wall incorporates UHPC simulated wood translucent panels as curtain wall materials, supported by galvanised steel frames, with a maximum panel section size of 3245*3530㎜. Each panel covers an area of up to 12㎡ and weighs over 700KG. The UHPC components, cast in one colour, have artistic translucent characteristics.

Dongguan Women and Children Activity Centre (New Campus):
The exterior curtain wall of the project's theatre is being transformed from the original glass curtain wall to a combination of GRC curtain wall and glass curtain wall. The result is a unique and aesthetically pleasing appearance. It is a "highly attractive" project in the region due to the coordinated gradient glass and white GRC curtain wall. The design utilises the strong plasticity of the GRC material to create a woven skin, forming a new 'outerwear' for the theatre, inspired by Dongguan's intangible cultural heritage 'Dongguan Grass'. In combination with windows with rhythmic gradients, it reflects the vitality and energy of children and expresses the softness and gentleness of women.
